Who We Are

We started this work because we'd like to do some good in the world. 

We are Kevin and Heather Osteen, and our family has worked in construction for over 15 years. We have one daughter, who is 7, and two dogs. We live in Chattanooga, TN in an historic neighborhood called St. Elmo.

When Kevin's mother was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's two years ago, we started searching for options for her care and welfare going forward. We knew his parents would need a home with specific modifications to suit both his mom and dad as they got older, but we found that help in determining what exactly that meant simply didn't exist. As we learned more about aging in place options and universal access design, we decided to incorporate this knowledge into our business and make it the focus of our work.
